Lavender is an adorable little girl who had so much fun petting and playing with animals at Rescue Life in Caloosa. It’s the type of thing she would love to do with a family of her own. She says the animals were sweet to her and very cute and that she enjoyed caring for them.

“It’s all new experiences for her,” says Nicole Reford with Children’s Home Society. “I don’t think she really gets that opportunity. She was super excited.” Lavender also seems super fun herself.

“Lavender is really sweet,” explains Nicole. “She loves girly things. She loves to play with hair. She loves Elsa from ‘Frozen’. All eyes on her!” Lavender is in first grade and loves to play at recess. She also loves to read. She says her favorite book is “Father Bear Comes Home.” Lavender is an adorable little girl who had so much fun petting and playing with animals at Rescue Life in Caloosa. “She’s so curious about everything. And she’ll ask a million questions. She’ll start singing and dancing. She’s really just a very energetic child,” Nicole explains. “This child really wants a family. This child really wants to be part of a family. She wants parents.”
